Ji Chang Wook and Kim Ji Won may star for a new short-form drama!
On July 27, a representative reported that the two actors casted in KakaoTV’s upcoming short-form drama “City Couple’s Way of Love”.
In response to that, Ji Chang Wook’s agency said, “The actor received the offer and currently reviewing it”. Meanwhile, Kim Ji Won’s agency stated, “The appearance of Kim Ji Won in ‘City Couple’s Way of Love’ considered positively”.
“City Couple’s Way of Love” portrays a love story filled with urban sensibilities. The drama will direct by Park Shin Woo, the current producing director of “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay”. In addition, the script will be co-written by Jung Hyun Jung, who wrote “I Need Romance” series and “Discovery of Love,” with Jung Da Yeon.
Furthermore, because it will air on the Kakao TV platform, it is different from the existing drama format. A total of 12 episodes for about 25 minutes each, and there is reportedly potential for additional seasons. The production will begin filming in October and premiere in November through Kakao TV platform.
