On July 6, 2021, it was reported by media outlets that Yoo Jaesuk will not be renewing his contract with FNC Entertainment, which will expire on July 15, 2021.
Yoo Jaesuk has been with FNC Entertainment for 6 years since 2015. He started working for the company on July 16, 2015, and his contract was extended for another three years in 2018. However, during their latest contract renewal discussions, Yoo Jaesuk decided not to stay with FNC Entertainment.
It was also reported that Yoo Jaesuk is currently in talks to sign with Antenna. An insider from Antenna stated, “It is true that we recently had a meeting with Yoo Jae Suk regarding an exclusive contract, but nothing has been confirmed yet.”
FNC Entertaiment just released a statement regarding Yoo Jaesuk’s departure from the company:

This is an announcement that our exclusive contract with Yoo Jae Suk, a comedian who was part of our agency, expires on July 15.
Following discussions with Yoo Jae Suk, who expressed his wish to take on a new challenge, we will conclude our management duties [for Yoo Jae Suk] and cheer on each other’s futures.
